PACE recently organized its Annual General Meeting for 2019. The meeting was led by PACE’s Chairman, Kraithip Krairiksh and Chief Executive Officer, Sorapoj Techakraisri, together with other members of the board of directors. The meeting was held at Holiday Inn Silom Hotel on April 29, 2019.
Construction Update
Currently, structural work of WINDSHELL Naradhiwas development is fully complete, while overall architectural work is approximately 90% complete. External works of the MEP are also fully complete.
The balustrade installation on the balconies of NIMIT Langsuan’s residential units has already started. Meanwhile, sliding doors have also been installed up to Level 25 and the toilet cisterns installed up to Level 16.
